Robert Baldridge is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of management and
operations experience. His role, since acquiring the company in September
of 2002 is to position LFI for additional growth and enhanced global presence.
John
Jerome has over 23 years marketing high technology companies. Prior to his
role at LFI International he has been running Jerome & Associates, a
marketing consulting firm specializing in launching emerging technology
companies. John also founded and served as President/Creative Director of
Parallel Communications. While at Parallel Communications, a company founded
in 1984, he built it into the largest technology-advertising agency in the
Northwest with capitalized billings of over 40 million dollars. During his
tenure at Parallel, Jerome launched numerous companies and hundreds of technology
products. Jerome also incubated ImageX, a technology company inside the
agency, that eventually was taken public raising over $230 million.
Some of the clients/products that he took to market include US West Cellular, the technology division of United Parcel Service, the introduction of Internet Explorer and MSN from Microsoft, and the repositioning of AT&T Wireless Services plus hundreds of other smaller technology companies such as Traveling Software maker of Lap Link and NetManage.
Dennis
brings over twenty-five years of managerial experience, having directed
the full range of financial, accounting, human resource and administrative
activities within a diverse range of environments including manufacturing,
information technology, service and not-for-profit organizations. Dennis’
background includes relevant experience with small start-up companies as
well as midsize established concerns. His employment includes CX Corporation,
a Division of Ciba Geigy, Swiss Pharmaceutical Company, Audio Environments
Inc., Camp Fire Boys & Girls, and n-Link Corporation.
Mr. Rollefstad earned both his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Physics
from the University of North Dakota. Shortly thereafter, in 1977, he helped
found Laser Fantasy International (LFI). Floyd is recognized as a forerunner
in the laser entertainment industry. He is credited with numerous innovations
in optical color mixing, programming equipment and laser development. Under
Floyd’s leadership, LFI has received over thirty awards for excellence
in the creation of laser displays. Floyd’s current role as Visionary
has him concentrating on technology advances, new products and major projects.
Paul Torgeson,
Director of Business Development, has been with LFI since 1988, as a Senior
Sales Executive, Senior Designer, Production Manager and Laser Safety Officer.
In 1985 he helped launch Lasertainment. Paul has worked with notable clients
as Nintendo, Microsoft, Washington Mutual, NBC Studios and Novartis. Paul
started out in the lighting industry as a freelance lighting designer/operator
for rock music acts.
Jim directs the growth of LFI’s Dealer Network and is responsible for obtaining Independent Representatives (IRs), Dealers and Distributors, both Domestic and International.
Jim has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the entertainment field. For three years prior to LFI, he was the Director of the Laser Division at OmniSistem Lights and Effects, where he expanded markets and products. As their Laser Safety Officer, he developed and implemented the 100% Compliance Program for the laser industry. In 1999, Jim was the Director of Sales & Marketing for LPD Lasers. He held the same position at Mobolazer from 1997 to 1999.
Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Laser Display Association
Jay
has been with LFI since 1992. As Art Director, he is responsible for overseeing
one of the most respected Art Departments in the laser entertainment industry.
Winner of numerous international awards for excellence, this Department
provides artwork for custom installations, productions, planetarium theaters
and other laser companies. LFI currently has one of the largest and most
diverse show libraries in the industry, with over forty hour-long shows
and over 600 individual song titles.
Roberta
McHatton, LFI’s Director of Production Services and Laser Safety Officer,
has been employed with LFI since 1995. Roberta represents the entire laser
entertainment industry as a member of SAE G-10 committee, an organization
that formulates the standards submitted to the FAA that become the regulations
for the laser industry. She currently serves as secretary for the ANSI Z136.6
committee on Safe Use of Lasers Outdoors. She is often consulted by government
agencies and other laser companies. In 2003 Roberta provided outdoor laser
safety training for Transport Canada Aviation Inspectors.
As Director of East Coast Operations, Luke Donaher manages LFI’s
full service office, staff and theater Division in Malden, MA. He has been
with the company since 1996 as Manager-Theater Division, Producer/Project
Manager, Operations Manager at MOS, and Laserist. Prior to joining LFI,
Luke was employed at the Boston Museum of Science.
